Here's a light and refreshing dessert that's good for any summer day! Nilla wafers are used to make a crunchy, crumbly crust in contrast to the creamy, lemony filling. You'll fool all  into thinking you added a little heat with this no bake lemon cream pie recipe.

Ingredients

  • For the topping:
  • Zest 1 large lemon
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (21oz) lemon pie filling
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • For the filling:
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 box (11oz) Nilla Wafers
  • For the crust: 
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
