Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 4 lemons, juiced and zest of one lemon
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ? cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large breasts)
  • 1 red onion, quartered into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced into ¼ inch coins
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
