½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons dried oregano
4-5 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
4 lemons, juiced and zest of one lemon
¼ cup olive oil
? cup plain Greek yogurt
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large breasts)
1 red onion, quartered into 1-inch pieces
1 small zucchini, sliced into ¼ inch coins
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
