  • 1 can Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez), chilled
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Coconut Macadamia Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Filling
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons grated lime zest
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
