Sopapilla Cheesecake
This sopapilla cheesecake is a concoction combining cheesecake with sopapilla, a deep fried pastry. When cooked in the oven, the butter, sugar, and cinnamon create a flaky crust on top of a crescent roll dough, the cheesecake at the bottom of this heavenly treat. When you're done with this recipe, there will be a lot to share but it won't be long before these cheesecakes are gone.

- 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
