  • 6 small plums, pits removed and each side cut into quarters
  • 2-3 ripe pears, cored and cut in ?-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 12 X 8-inch rectangle of puff pastry
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
