A dish take will take you cloud 9 and back with its lemon curd and meringue all topped with fresh berries. This dessert is gluten free, easy to share with others, and makes for a light and tart option for dessert.

Ingredients

  • For the Meringue:
  • 4 Tablespoons butter or vegan butter, cut into cubes
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 3 whole large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (3-4 large lemons)
  • For the Lemon Curd:
  • Fresh berries, for serving
  • 2 large egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
