Fried Risotto Bites with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Throw away the spoon for this deliciously fried appetizer!  You'll get to prepare risotto in a different and interesting way with a fry and a simmer, bathed in a coat of Parmesan bread crumbs. The Parmesan cheese will pleasantly mesh with the red pepper dipping sauce for a mouth-watering bite.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Aborio Rice
  • 1/2 White Onion diced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cups Swanson Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • Risotto:
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan Bread Crumbs
  • Vegetable Oil for Frying
