Tuna Seaweed Salad and Roasted Plums and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 8oz sashimi grade tuna steak
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 small plums
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • SEAWEED SALAD
  • 6 ounces mixed seaweed
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
