  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
