Ingredients

  • Slow Cooker Beer Braised Brisket:
  • 3lb. trimmed brisket
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 (12 oz) cans lager beer
  • Horseradish Aioli:
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tablespoon whole mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sliders:
  • 24-30 whole wheat Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups arugula
