Ingredients

  • 1 lb shaped pasta, such as campanelle
  • 3 tilapia loins, cut into bit sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, quartered
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced Italian parsley
