  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pie crust in a tart dish.

  2. In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms, baby spinach, garlic, and thyme until the vegetables are wilted.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pie crust.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tart is set and the crust is golden brown.

  7. Allow the tart to cool slightly before serving. Slice and enjoy!
