How To Make Mushroom & Baby Spinach Tart

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pie crust in a tart dish.

In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms, baby spinach, garlic, and thyme until the vegetables are wilted.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pie crust.
