  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar (or more or less, depending on the sweetness of your fruit)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • For the topping
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
