Believe it or not, this delicious salmon recipe takes only 20 minutes to make! The savory flavor of the soy, sesame and almond butter sauce along with the crunchy bread crumb topping takes your salmon to the next level. Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
fresh lime wedges, for squeezing
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 garlic clove, microplaned or minced
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon mirin
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1-1/2 Tablespoons almond butter (could use peanut butter)
salt and pepper
4 salmon fillets (5-6oz each)
