1 28 oz can whole tomatoes
1 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 garlic cloves, mince
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
2 anchovy fillets, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1½ teaspoons jarred pepperonchini, chopped, plus 1 teaspoon of the juice from the jar
