  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1¼ cups sugar
