  • For the Salad:

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil divided
  • 1 cup grapes cut in half
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • cup mayonnaise
