  • For the Smoothie:
  • 1/4 C (26g) Rolled Oats, soaked overnight in 1/3 C (75g) Water (Gluten Free if needed)
  • 1 C (156g) Frozen Cherries (I use Earthbound Farm)
  • 2 (200g) Frozen Bananas
  • 2 Tbs Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbs Hemp Hearts (aka Hemp Seeds)
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Raw Cacao Powder
  • Chia Seeds
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Homemade Granola
  • Fresh Seasonal Fruit
