Ingredients

  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1 cup of good quality peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • For the Ice Cream:
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups of coarsely chopped Oreo cookies (twist them apart, one by one, and remove the filling-save for nibbles later)
  • For the crust:
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 cup of chopped miniature chocolate peanut butter cup candies
  • caramel sauce-melted
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
