  • ½ large granny smith apple, peeled
  • For the Apple Vinaigrette:
  • 10.5 ounce log of soft goat cheese
  • 5 ounce herb salad mix
  • 1 ½ granny smith apples, julienned
  • ¾ cup toasted walnuts
