  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs or breast, cut into 2
  • 1 lb golden potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh green beans
  • 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 (14.5 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup whole yogurt
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Cilantro, for topping
  • Pickles
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 jalapenos
  • Stems from 1 head broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
