Ingredients

  • ? 4 tablespoons Crisco Refined Organic Coconut Oil
  • ? 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • ? 2 tablespoons freeze dried garlic or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ? 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
  • ? 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth, divided
  • ? 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • ? salt + pepper to taste
  • ? 1 small butternut squash, cooked (see above)
