1 tablespoon natural almond butter
1 to 2 Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes and drained
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 very ripe and speckled bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
