These quiche cups are a cute and playful way to serve breakfast. They fit in the palm of your hand and can be swallowed in one wholesome bite. With a duo of cheese and ham, those being served will go ham when devouring these adorable treats.
salt and pepper to taste (I used 1/4 tsp table salt, 1/4 tsp seasoned salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper)
1/3 cup cheddar cheese (shredded (I used sharp white cheddar and sharp cheddar))
1/3 cup ham (chopped or cubed (I used smoked ham deli meat))
2/3 cup milk (I used 2% but whole milk is fine)
4 eggs (large)
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed (boxes of puff pastry come with 2 sheets))
1/4 tsp dried Italian herbs
