Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders with Chipotle Ketchup

Your kids will cry out for you to make this simple, healthy chicken dinner at least once a week. You can "trick" everyone into eating a healthier version of fried chicken and no one will know the difference! We are huge fans of the chipotle ketchup, but feel free to swap out with any dip of choice should your diners not like their sauce so hot.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • Chipotle Ketchup
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders
  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
