Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 egg whites
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced thin
  • 1 gala or similar apple, sliced thin
  • Apple and Onion Saute
  • 1 cup part skim mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 pound multi-grain, whole wheat, or plain pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup smoked gouda, shredded
  • 1 chicken apple sausage link, cooked and sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Dijon Mustard Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons low fat mayo
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
