Ingredients

  • 3-4 dashes of hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/8 garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • juice of a lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup diced roasted green chiles or canned green chiles
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 3 avocados
  • Guacamole
  • 4 buns, toasted or grilled
  • Pepper Jack cheese for topping the burgers
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (omit of you don?t like cilantro)
  • Juice of half a lime
  • ¼ cup grate onion
  • ½ cup diced roasted green chiles or canned green chile
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • Green Chile Turkey Burgers:
  • kosher salt to taste, I used approx.. ½ teaspoon
  • Pickled Red Onions
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1/3 cup apple cider or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
